For those chilly winter evenings, our heating is provided by baseboards, keeping you snug and warm throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note that during memorial day weekend through labor day weekend this is our busiest season and checking time is 5pm. Please plan to arrive at this time as early checking is nearly impossible We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving. Any last-minute bookings within 4 days of check in will be subject to a $100 late fee imposed by the community. Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like; paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own. The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.
