The apartment, with private entrance, is located in a quiet area of Porto Recanati, with lots of green, little traffic and safe. It is very bright, spacious and with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, Mount Conero. The accommodation is ideal for couples, families with children or groups of friends and can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is an 8-minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the center. Restaurants, shops, places are just minutes away. The space The apartment is located in a strategic point for vacationing in the Marche. Not only the beaches of Porto Recanati but also the wonders of the Conero Riviera such as Sirolo, Numana, the beaches of Portonovo can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the poetry of Recanati, the Santuario di Loreto and the outlet stores of the footwear district of Civitanova, everything is easily accessible in a very short time. The apartment is structured on a single floor on the ground floor, in the front a private paved courtyard, where you can have lunch or dinner using a comfortable extendable table made available to customers. The kitchen is well equipped with 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and everything you need. You will find an extendable table to live comfortably and a sofa where you can relax and watch the 32"TV in the living room. The apartment has a double bedroom complete with large closet and dresser, with access to one of the two bathrooms, complete with shower and sink and a bedroom with a pull-out bed, thus having a second double bed, if needed, and a closet. A third room is made available as a luggage storage/laundry room where you can use the iron and a comfortable clothes hanging. The second bathroom has a bathtub, dresser, and hairdryer. In the back of the house you access a comfortable garden with covered wooden gazebo, where you can relax during the day and in the evening. The environment is very nice and comfortable, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes rack, day side and night side air conditioner, kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, iron). Two bicycles for adults will be made available to our customers, so that you can enjoy your holidays leaving the car parked in the large spaces adjacent to the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, from the courtyard to the garden. The entrance of the apartment is private, to access it you have to climb a small ramp that will give you access to the entrance door.
