Welcome to Chaumont NY! This house is in a country setting with ample parking. The NYS boat launch is just 3 miles down the road. This is a great house for your fishing trip, family getaway, or weekend retreat. This year round home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bonus rooms with a futon in each room. After a long day on the water, come home to cookout on the grill and take in the breathtaking sunsets. Guest access All of the home except the downstairs closet in the back bedroom. The side and back yard are yours to use. The small barn on the property is not for use. Other things to note This home is in a farm setting. A few minutes up the road you’ll find a gas station, a small grocery store, and restaurants. Being in a country setting, you will come in contact with things like mosquitoes, spiders, and other small bugs. We do our best to combat them like spraying the house. We do provide bug spray for nights out by the campfire!
