Large corner property surrounded by trees. Enjoy your day on the beach or walk 2 blocks down to Choctaw pool. Come back and make a family dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or on the grill. Sit around the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and Sling on the large living room TV. The space **At the time of booking, please send a message with your personal email address. An email will be sent within 24 hours with instructions to pre-register for Arrowhead Lake's additional registration and gate card fees (see "other details" section for information)** This 1400 sq. ft (small/medium dog friendly), 3-bedroom plus loft, 2 bath sleeps up to 10 people. The enclosed sunroom and large deck are excellent for grilling and other nighttime entertainment and fun. ---THE PROPERTY --- Bedroom 1: King – 1st Level Bedroom 2: Queen - 2nd level Bedroom 3: Full plus Single – 2nd level Loft: Queen and twin plus a child's futon Fully updated bathroom on each floor Sand toys, 6 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are provided for guest use. There is a container of toys for the younger kids to play with. It is located in the back room. Cornhole, Foosball, and Darts in the back game room. 2 Baby Gates and a Pack-n-Play are available for guest use. ---THINGS GUESTS SHOULD KNOW --- *Like most homes in the Poconos, we do not have A/C in our home. Temps drop to the low 70s through the summer months in the evening. We have ceiling fans in each room as well as window fans in each room. *We do have a fabulous stone fireplace and outdoor firepit area! *ITEMS SUPPLIED: Propane for the gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, pillows, and comforters. In the kitchen, there is a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a Keurig single-pod coffee maker. *ITEMS NOT SUPPLIED: SHEETS AND TOWELS. Please refer to the list of beds to bring along appropriate bedding. Items can also be rented through Pocono Linens online and delivered to the house. * Amenities for Arrowhead include community pools, a pool room with 3 pool tables, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, children's playgrounds, and a party room available for rent for special occasions! * My property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Small/Medium dogs only. $50 for the weekend or $100 per week. Please contact me prior to booking if you are bringing your furry friend. -- POLICIES -- Policies: - NO SMOKING IN PROPERTY - NO EVENTS, PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS - FAMILY GROUPS ONLY. - MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. - Additional fees and taxes may apply - NOTE: Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. (Memorial Day to June 17, only on weekends, then daily till Labor Day) Guest access All areas of the house and property. ****The garage and one closet are for owner use only.**** Other things to note Bath towels and bed sheets are NOT provided for guests. *****Arrowhead lake fees are mandatory******* Arrowhead Lake Fees -Effective January 1, 2024 Temporary Membership Fee The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over. In season May 15-Sept 15: $8.50 per person per day. Off season:$2 per person per day Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle Registration Fee: $20 * Must be completed within 3 days of arrival or entry will not be permitted by the Community. -Upon arrival, you will have to go to the Rental Office to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. For security purposes, we do have outdoor cameras. This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters. Pet fees: $50 per weekend. $100 per week. (Maximum of 2 dogs) The owner is not responsible for hours that may change for pools or other weather-related event cancellations.
