The villa is located at Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 10/17 and the ocean. THE SPACE: Caleton 8 is a stunning 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 7,500 sq. ft., 2-story villa located at Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with great views of holes 10, 17, and the Caribbean Sea! The style of the villa is very tropical with beautiful woodwork, a traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roof, and high ceilings. The indoor living area, dining area, and kitchen is one open floorplan with open sides that allow the warm wind to flow freely and abundantly through the house! Please note that there are no walls or air-conditioning in this part of the house. Ceiling fans and the palm-leaf roof keeps this space cool throughout the day and night. There are screens (weather curtains) that can be rolled down in case it rains. There are several cozy sitting areas for you to enjoy and a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably. The modern kitchen, complete with an island, provides ample workspace and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals during your stay. However, there's no need to worry about cooking, as a private chef is included in the rental (groceries not included). Step outside to the amazing pool area, which has a large swimming pool & Jacuzzi and an expansive pool deck with sunloungers and outdoor furniture. Enjoy the view of the golf course and the ocean from here! The outdoor palapa (an open-sided deck with a roof) has a dining table, and is a great place to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks by the pool. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area. Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area. Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay.
