The dining room living room provides another relaxation area with 1 sofa bed 90 x 200 . The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower. Separate toilet. The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob , a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, two coffee machines, a food processor. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note Exit courtesy cleaning: The cleaning rate included in the rental is reduced, and the time between check-ins and checkouts is often reduced to 3 hours. To relieve Eva or Gwen who need to wash , dry and put away laundry, undo and redo beds, clean floors , clean bathroom and kitchen , we kindly ask that you do a little courtesy cleaning, either take out and empty the garbage cans , wash and put away dishes and finally if you have moved any furniture , fixtures or accessories, put them back in their place . Thanks in advance Trash cans selective sorting: You have 3 garbage cans available in the kitchen to sort . At the foot of the building, you will find the two bins ( black = organic waste, yellow = recyclable waste), the glass bin is down the street that goes down to the Grand Canal. Security: Please do not use the large ladder stored in the living room. Do not disassemble the fan grill. Do not climb onto the roof from the Velux. Do not climb on the table or chairs. Linens: For each person , the rental price includes a large towel and bed linen. Beach towels are not provided. If during the stay you exceptionally need more linens, you should ask the person who hosted you. This extra linen is charged. Payment terms and rates are displayed in the laundry area. For smokers: you should only smoke in the living room dining room, ventilating well. Please do not smoke in the 3 bedrooms and bathroom . This is to respect the sense of smell of the next tenants. Note that you have an ionizing fan to clean the air. The fans You have 3 mobile fans and a fixed ceiling fan in the apartment. For the Mist fan check that the water tank is filled enough. Read the leaflet if necessary attached. The ceiling fan works with a remote control, in case of failure check that the batteries are working. Otherwise, you can find batteries in the gray basket above the TV. Also, avoid leaving fans on while you're away . Parties: Please note, parties are not allowed. The velux: important precautions: You must always close the velux of the upstairs bedroom when you leave the apartment even for a few hours (frequent thunderstorms or showers) and it is strongly advisable to close the outer roller shutter of the velux during the summer (remote control) during the day to avoid overheating. Parking lots: To park , 1 small paid parking lot to the left of the media library ( or in front of the post office) and especially 1 large free parking 5 minutes walk away (Place de la Revolution, Place du Marché aux Puces, attention closed on Sundays ). Paid parking: Sete rates are 1.20 euros per hour in green zone, Saturday included, but there are subscription offers for non-resident users in case of a fairly long stay (see the city hall). Stairs and small children: You have a safety gate that you can put up at the top of the stairs .
