Experience a beach getaway in our bright and stylish renovated cottage-style studio near Downtown San Diego. Our home is situated behind an iconic Craftsman home and features an open floor plan, beamed ceilings, queen size bed with a custom surfboard headboard, and a backyard patio with 2 lounge areas to enjoy some drinks. We are centrally located 1 block away from the freeway and the Naval base and 10 minutes away from the local sunny San Diego scene - breweries, restaurants, and attractions. The space Professionally designed to give you cool San Diego beach vibes, our studio is packed with all the amenities you need to have an amazing stay. Our open-space design allows you to have a comfortable and cozy time while giving you the privacy you need. The bedroom has a comfortable memory foam mattress with a custom surfboard headboard, a dresser and a coat rack with shelves to store away your belongings, a full length mirror and a 43" Smart TV to watch your favorite streaming apps. The full kitchen includes a midsize 7.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, gas range with oven and a hood vent for all your cooking and baking needs. We provide coffee and creamer along with a Keurig coffee maker (drip and pods) and toaster to make your mornings that much more enjoyable. Our fast fiber internet and wifi will let you connect all of your devices so you can stay up-to-date with events or work from home. We have a dedicated desk with a comfortable and stylish chair, a lamp, and an Alexa speaker to play music. In the dining room you will find a nice bar height dining table with stools, a wine rack, and shelves. It's a great table to have dinner but also to use for work as it has a power outlet with a USB port that allows you to charge your must-have devices without leaving the room! The backyard is almost fully enclosed, with the exception of the doorway to enter from the carport. Here you can enjoy 2 different spaces to relax - under the umbrella in the outdoor patio set or on the beach chairs under the tree. We also have an outdoor laundry area if you need it. Guest access The studio is completely private with the exception of the shared driveway and laundry. Other things to note The studio is in the back of a multi-unit property. As part of the arrangement with the neighboring properties, the driveway is shared. As a result, we kindly ask that you take into account their narrow dimensions when parking or maneuvering vehicles. The narrow width of the driveway and carport may require some additional attention while driving in and out, therefore we only allow compact cars. It's important to note that there might be limited space for turning around, so if you have any concerns about parking or access, please contact me for further guidance. Also note that this building is comprised of 2 back-to-back studios. While each studio is private and has its own separate entrance, they share a common wall. Rest assured, I strive to make your stay as convenient as possible. I understand that the narrow dimensions might not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you have a larger vehicle or are not comfortable with tight parking situations. However, if you're willing to accommodate these items, this relaxing studio offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your visit.
