The space We have provided all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels. Each of the 5 bedrooms has it own privately attached bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Enjoy the large front porch and yard with fire ring and propane grill. Trash bags Paper Towels Toilet Paper Coffee *Guests are responsible for supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay. 1) Pet Guidelines: - Approval must be obtained before bringing any pets. - A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per animal applies. - Pets should refrain from using furniture. - Pets must not enter showers or bathtubs. - Pets are prohibited from pools and hot tubs. - A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation. - Please do not use the provided towels for cleaning pets. - Violations of these rules may result in fees ranging from $250 to $750. 2) This home is located near neighbors. We are respectful of their privacy and quiet times (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. 3) Firewood is provided. Please do not bring your own. 4) This home is located nearthe woods. It is common to see wildlife such as Bears, Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, etc. Occasionally, small critters will make their way inside the home. While we do our best to keep them out completely, it is possible that you may come across one. Refunds are not issued for wildlife in the home
