We would love to share our lake home with you! The space Cute and Cozy on Lake Nottely. 3 bed (1 is a large open loft), 3 bath home with double slip two story dock and lake views. Drink your coffee, sit by the outdoor fire pit, or relax on one of the two large decks while watching the boats go by. 6 person Hot tub just added in 2023. Enjoy the large outdoor fire pit area — bring your own firewood. We’ve added hammock stands to hold three hammocks (bring your own hammocks). Sleeps 6. Large loft bedroom has king bed with a full bathroom and large closet. Bedroom on the main level has a queen bed with bathroom. Large bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. Bathroom in basement with tub/shower combo. Laundry room with washer and drier downstairs. Dining table seats 6, plus 3 bar stools at the bar. Indoor fireplace with gas logs on the main level. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Blairsville with great shops and restaurants, Meeks Park, Vogel State Park, Young Harris, Hiawassee, and Blue Ridge are all within a 20 minute drive. For the safety and security of all of our guests, we have installed Arlo security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. Due to Lake Nottely being a TVA lake the water levels will fluctuate and are down in the winter. The dock generally stays in the water regardless and you will have access to the dock for fishing year-round.
