Lake ConRoy's Manor, a mini resort to say the least! Our home is a 4 BR/3 bath w/ a 5th sleeping space in a cute, cubby loft with porches on front and back. A pool table & dart board in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen & dining room bar. The Manor sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in. Please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces w/ two other small rentals on the prop. The space Located on 5 acres of outdoor living at its finest! Fully equipped with fun for kids including a climbing area, children’s zipline, and for the grown-ups we have sand volleyball, cornhole, horseshoes, gazebos, fire pits, disc golf, and much much more! This Manor rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Casita and West Wing), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 16 guests! Upon arrival at the front gate, press button on ring and one of us will open the gate for you. A gate opener (clicker) is left for you on kitchen counter for seamless access coming and going throughout your stay. When leaving the property, please note our front gate is motion trigger, so approach slowly and the gate will open for you. PARKING... Our Manor Guests may park to right of center well at top of driveway, and if you park to the left of the well, you may not block the drive to carport. The carport parking is for our West Wing guests only. The Manor Guests may also park on right side of driveway just off the drive in the grass, if necessary. Please DO NOT BLOCK OUR DRIVEWAY TO THE LEFT as that is the access road for our Casita Guests as well as other guests/people that may be dropping by to enjoy our sweet, private resort area (i.e. swimming pond, tortoise corral viewing, sand volleyball, outdoor grilling, corn hole, horse shoes, etc. * Smoking is not permitted in the house, including vapes, but is allowed on the porches and outdoors. We just ask that butts are disposed of properly. Thank you! LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction). We look forward to your stay with us! Guest access The Manor has a private swimming pond to enjoy. There is a small beach area to lay out in the sun and a pier off the back of the pond to fish from or to feed the fish. Swimming pond has a rope swing, water slide, and fresh spring fed fountain spraying over the gazebo in the water! If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the guests disclosed and paid for on your reservation will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and a DAY PASS Fee per person may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. DAY PASS Fee per person is: $10 children 14 and under / $15 adults. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL for anyone on premises other than guests disclosed and paid for via your reservation. Your Host, Roy and his wife, Kelly, do live nearby and closely monitor this beautiful property, so please be honest with your intentions for enjoying this lovely property and fully disclose any expected additional guests or you may run the risk of being asked to vacate the premises.
