An added bonus: we're only 10 minutes away from Orchard Beach! The space Welcome to our two-family home, where you’ll enjoy your stay in our first-floor apartment. The second-floor apartment is occupied by me and my family. Inside the apartment, you will find space for up to five guests to sleep comfortably. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet, and a workstation. The secondary bedroom offers a full-size bed, and the living room includes a full-sized sofa. Bedding for the sofa bed is available upon request. Upon arrival, you'll access your apartment through a private entrance located at the back of the house. You can self-check-in with a smart lock, and your personal code will be sent via email. Two parking spots are available in the driveway for your vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please let me know. During your stay, feel free to use and enjoy the backyard amenities, including a large pavilion, outdoor furnishings, a fireplace, and a BBQ grill. Propane tank and wood are available upon request at no additional cost. Please clean the BBQ pit after use. We offer a washer and dryer as an amenity, and as a courtesy, we provide laundry soap. Please note that some amenities listed may not be located inside the apartment but are still on the property. If something you need is not available during your stay, please let me know, and I can provide it the same day. We take great pride in caring for our home and hope that you will do the same. Myself and my family live upstairs. You will see either myself or another family member walking in and out of our driveway to retrieve our cars. Front door entrance and patio is solely used by us.
