Villa is 2 minutes from the beach and ACI marina in Icici.Suite is luxuriously furnished in a minimalist style, with a total floor area of 140m2 and consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a large balcony that has a view of the entire Kvarner bay. For this apartment we have 2 free parking spaces in our propriety. Wifi is available and free of charge. Capacity 6 + 2 persons. The master bedroom has 25 m2, double bed and exit to the balcony that has view the sea. The second bedroom has a private bathroom, ensuite for guests staying here to have complete privacy and comfort. The bathroom has a shower with massage .This bedrom is 30m2 and has a double bed. The third room has two single beds. The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room has access to terasu.Living room ihas airconditioning and fireplace wood stove for the winter months. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access Outdoor space is shared with other guests ,garden and parking.
