The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Many of our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via smart locks or lockboxes. Plus, each reservation is backed by 24/7 customer support and expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a Bunk Bed and a twin size bed with an extra mattress. In the living room there’s a sofa, two chairs, a 49” TV with cable and a PS4 with a few games. Each room has AC. The building (Edificio Ayos) includes an elevator and stairs that lead to the third-floor apartment. One bedroom includes a king size bed and a desk. Another bedroom includes two full-size beds that could be joined together. The living room includes a table with six dining chairs, two armchairs, a sofa that may be converted into a single bed, a TV with cable, a PS4 and a few games. The lobby front desk is staffed with a receptionist 24 hours a day. After 10 pm, guests who are not registered will not be allowed to enter the building. All guests must be registered at the front desk. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which includes a washer and dryer. It also includes a small kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Showers include hot water. Guests will also have access to the rooftop terrace, where there is a common hot tub and a barbecue. There is also a common use pool in the lobby area. Other things to note In the showers, hot and cold water control is reversed; blue is hot and red is cold. Help yourself to any food and drink in the apartment. Wine glasses are stored in the cupboard directly under the TV. Tea is stored in the bottom cupboard next to the refrigerator. We try to minimize our impact on the environment, therefore we encourage you to use the aluminum canteens provide by us (in the kitchen cabinet) to carry your water while you walk around the city. Please use them and return them before you check out. The average temperature in Cartagena is 27°C (81°F). We have 3 A/C units available for you at the apartment, and we understand you keep them on while you are at the property. However, if you don't turn them off before leaving, the units will freeze and stop working. Please turn off the AC units when you leave. Cartagena is a tourist destination. Every host in the city is responsible for fulfilling and complying with the city's requirements. Part of it is to provide the following information to the front desk before your arrival: The number of guests and their names. Unregistered guests are prohibited and not allowed in the building, which is mandatory. The walled city is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Cartagena. However, it's crucial to inform you that the electricity company is improving the electrical system/maintenance. However, we have had an unannounced power outage in the walled city on different occasions. If we know in advance, we will let you know.
