Built in 1881, this beautiful and recently restored three bedroomed cottage is nestled quietly in an exquisite cottage garden which attracts many birds, including the Wood Pigeon, NZ’s Bird of the Year in 2018. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Lawrence. Lawrence is on the Clutha Gold Trail which offers bike riding and walking. We are no longer pet friendly. The space Lawrence is the 'Gateway to Central Otago' make it a base so you can go on day visits to Wanaka, Clyde, Arrowtown and Queenstown. Cycling and walking the Gold Trail is a common activity.
