Featuring stunning bay views from all water-side rooms there are expansive living areas with 2 fireplaces, a fully appointed chef’s kitchen and dining room and a large basement games and entertainment room. The home provides all the high-end amenities you will need. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house, there is a Top Deck studio suite which is accessible from the upper landing of the main house, if desired, or through a separate exterior entrance at the side of the property. This private studio suite with vaulted ceilings and spectacular bay views, boasts a private deck, a full kitchen and laundry, spa bathroom with walk-in glass shower, king bed, seating area with desk and separate TV room with sectional. The suite is an ideal addition for larger groups requiring private space for parents, extended families, or newlyweds – sleeps 2. The spacious 2+ acre grounds feature an outdoor dining area that seats 12 with a fire pit and BBQ, several seating areas surrounded by beautiful landscaped lawns, gardens and stone patio. Ample places and spaces to sit and lounge or wander the property taking in these unique views with plentiful wildlife and shorebirds. Enjoy coffee in the gazebo by the bay, take a swim off the point or launch your kayaks. Lawn games such as Badminton and Corn Hole are also made available to guests for some outdoor play time! Guest access Brooklin House has keyless access from the front door and kitchen side door. The system is a Smart Yale lock and the 4-digit code will be provided for each guest prior to arrival. We have a local caretaker who is available for emergencies In addition, to bring aspects of Brooklin to every stay, guests of The Brooklin House receive a complimentary experience consultation by our exclusive concierge, Maine’s premier hospitality expert, to curate and personalize every stay. Maximizing relationships ranging from local chefs and restaurant owners, oyster farmers, craft brewers, local artisans, and guides who specialize in unique destinations for indoor/outdoor activities, our concierge builds bespoke itineraries far beyond what can be found in traditional travel guides. We also have our additional "Top Deck" Penthouse studio suite which has a separate entry and can be rented at the same time as the main house for an extra charge. The penthouse is self-contained with a king bed, private deck, separate kitchen, spa bathroom and TV room. You can access the Penthouse via an exterior staircase or there's also internal access should that be required. The Penthouse remains unoccupied during your stay if you do not book it and will not be accessible.
