Late check-out after 11AM (with prior host approval) is also subject to a $25/per hour charge depending on availability. Guests must request a late check-out by 6PM on the day prior to their scheduled check-out (granted based on availability/scheduling). Long-term stays greater than two weeks are subject to additional cleaning fees. We will require cleaning services to be rendered once every two weeks during your stay.
