The Living Room has a Queen size Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as swiftly as possible EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day. GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay as mandated by our building management.
