Even the 18th century frescoes have been lovingly restored by a local artist! This luxury apartment has HEATED floors throughout and consists of 1 double bedrooms and 1 marble bathroom with a rain shower. The bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. There is an open plan kitchen with a dining table, a living area with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for one couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment close to the new Opera house and Cascine Park, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence. In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself. Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning. Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be extra cleaning charges in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof.
