The space Our Top Floor with Skylight unit has 2 bedrooms in our space available for the listing. It is not wheelchair accessible, it is accessible by stairway only. We do not rent rooms separately. One reservation for up to 2 guests gets both rooms. Our space was recently modified to be compliant with NYC’s 2023 short term listing guidelines. It’s newly renovated, warm and inviting. It will make you feel like you are at home away from home. It features a living room with flat-screen TV, and fully equipped shared kitchen. Separate air conditioning and heating is available in every room so you can control your own temperature as you like. Wi-Fi is also available to guests. Guest access The kitchen and living room are shared with the host who also live in the space. During your stay We will be available in person during your stay for questions or to socialize. Other things to note This neighborhood has its own highway access, as well as 24hr public transportation with the bus just steps away, subway trains within a 10 min walk, Uber, Lyft, and local taxis.
