Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and UNT. This is our family home, so do not be surprised by signs of life such as food in cabinets, full closets, etc.) We rent our house when we are away (during the summer & holidays). Our house backs into a beautiful city park that has tennis & basketball courts and a playground. (You will need to walk around the block to reach the park.) The space We have four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs (2 and a half bathrooms, basically); and another bathroom downstairs. Our house is a no frills house; it is nothing luxurious. It is a middle class home that is clean and comfortable. One interesting thing to note it that we do NOT have a TV. We are otherwise "normal" people. We are just trying to limit our family's screen time! Guest access Guests can access the washer and dryer, and all common spaces. There are two closets set aside for our guests. Most of the closets and drawers in the house hold our personal items. We kindly ask that guests do not open those closets. We also ask that guests do not access the garage at all. Other things to note We list the second sofa bed in our office/study room under "common spaces," however, it is actually in a room by itself. We did not want to mislead guests into thinking this was a full bedroom since it does not have a door or a closet. However, it is completely separated from the living room where the other sofa bed (and armchairs and dining table) are. For a family gathering, it practically serves as a fifth bedroom. We would be happy to provide a divider, too, upon request.
