Refunds are not offered for cancelations made within our cancelation policy of the reservation, even dropping days. There are no refunds due, regardless of cancellation cause, including but not limited to cancellation as a result of poor snow conditions, severe weather events, poor air quality, road closures, traffic delays, early departures, illness, injury, any Covid-19 related travel decisions when there is not an active local stay at home order, or mechanical breakdown.* Enter the home off the third floor and be charmed by the newly remodeled great room. A stackable full-size washer/dryer is conveniently tucked in an alcove in the shared bath. Both the master suite and 2nd bedroom have fabulous views facing the lake. The third floor (ground level) is perfect for the kids! Conveniently appointed with a twin bunk bed, twin trundle bed and pool table (sleeps up to 4 kids). For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis. Winter 2024/2025: Propane Grills may not be accessible during winter months and propane is not monitored from Nov 1-May 1.
