The third bedroom is a master suite with a 160 bed, storage and bathroom, shower and vanity. At your disposal a garage, where you can park your car, an extra fridge as well as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing table. On the 1st floor: The first level is accessible from the garden level, and also by the outside staircase that leads you to the main entrance gate. This level consists of a large entrance with closet, wc and access to the outdoor terrace. In the continuity, you have access to a pleasant and vast living room serving as a living room, a dining room and open kitchen welcomes you with a large sofa, a fireplace, TV, and access to three terraces including one overlooking the back that preserves total privacy, with a garden furniture and plancha at your disposal.
