This is a very large house with ensuite private bathrooms for the bedrooms, it is my summer Vacation home. I have renovated it, and I am pleased to have others enjoy it when I am not there. It is good for large parties - those attending a local reception, wedding, reunion. Also good for groups of couples attending the local music events they hold in Yarmouth, as well as the Seafood Festival and other events. Also, groups of seniors who travel together, curling tournament guests. Guest access You have access to the entire house - all 7 bedrooms and 7 baths. There is a washer and dryer for your use - you supply the soap. You supply all food - this is not a B&B. All kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, dining room seats 10, additional seating in kitchen nook for 4, dishes-service for 12. TV with cable, VCR, DVD player, WiFi access.
