COZY & COMFY BEDROOMS Main Floor Queen Bedroom: Relax in a cozy bedroom with forest views from multiple windows. Enjoy amenities like a smart 32” TV, nightstands that offer USB ports for convenient device charging, and dimmable lighting to set the mood. Sleep soundly on a natural latex mattress with organic cotton sheets, extra pillows with blankets. You can adjust the ceiling fan or thermostat to your liking. Loft Bedroom: Take the steps up to a spacious loft, where a second queen bed sits framed by woodland mushroom wallpaper. Enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the surrounding nature through three windows and the open rail overlooking the living room and beyond. Use the glass-topped table for work, meals or simply gaze out at the serene treetops. A visually beautiful wood cladded ceiling doesn’t quite let most people stand upright, but is a superior tiny home design. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN Cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen, featuring a gas stove, large countertop space, microwave and counter-depth French door fridge. Whether you’re using the drip coffee maker, mini Keurig, French press, or an electric kettle for tea- morning beverages are prepared your way. With ample counter space and all essentials provided, guests love creating meals here. Plenty of pots, pans, tools and sharp knives! 2 barstools provide a place to eat your meals. OUTDOOR LIVING Covered Porch & Sun Deck: The guest-favorite covered porch offers comfortable seating, perfect for any weather. The attached sun deck includes a dining space for four, a gas grill, and an umbrella for al fresco meals. Explore 2 Acres: Wander through 2 acres of certified wildlife habitat, where deer, otters, and a variety of birds are regular visitors. Lounge in the hammock, sway on the swing for two, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. A 15 minute walk gets you to the beaches at Penrose Point State Park. Keep your eyes & ears open for common sightings of: Deer, Otter, Raccoon, Bats, Chipmunks, Mice, Moles, Hawks, Eagles, birds of all sorts, butterflies, ants, bees and stink bugs. The area is home to bear, cougar, bobcats and coyotes. Magical Lighting: As night falls, watch the property transform with magical garden and house lights, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Sustainability & Accessibility: Eco-Friendly Practices: We’re committed to sustainability, offering refillable hair and body care products, using 100% organic cotton sheets, and minimizing waste through proper recycling. Our energy-efficient LED dimmable lighting is used throughout. Important Notes: An owner's supply closet is located in the primary bedroom and kitchen, which is locked and not for guest access. We have 2 driveway cameras not pointed at the house. They are used when house is vacant. There is absolutely no cameras inside the house. We have a decibel measuring device to protect against parties, extreme temperatures, windows breaking and mold. It is not a camera nor does it record spoken word Guest access After entering the property, you'll drive up the small hill to park next to the tiny home. The entire house (except for owner’s supply closet in bedroom and kitchen) is yours to enjoy- plus the front & backyards with plenty of parking and places to spread out. You are within walking distance to Penrose Point State Park. About 15 minutes on foot and a couple of minutes by car or bike. You'll have access to beaches, trails and beautiful scenery. If you see something that looks like a trail, explore it (within your skill level)! You will know pretty quick if the one you're on is better intended for the deer that frequent. You'll even find a boulder with fossils on it, an old farm plow and a half buried 1941 car near the tiny home. Other things to note RV Hookup- Down the hill from the tiny home, next to the well house is a RV site for rent ($45/nightly with power and water). We provide power (50/30/20 amp) and water. Book it for $45 per night. Please inquire! Must be self contained with holding tanks for black and grey water. No dumping! Pack it in, pack it out.
