It is located in the center of Sperlonga in the seaside area at Via Delle Vite n. 88. The area is particularly convenient and functional to enjoy the best of Sperlonga given the proximity of only 10 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Lido La Nave included in the price. The villa is very cool and well exposed and has a beautiful private garden that surrounds it. Entering the house you have the pleasant feeling of open space and immediately find yourself, after a comfortable hallway, in the large living room furnished with table, double sofa bed and functional TV cabinet. The living room is beautiful, functional and comfortable for good evenings in front of company. to a good movie. A large level terrace overlooks the private garden and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are decent and respectable with furniture and accessories in order, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional also for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area. The rooms are large enough to accommodate a cot. Casa Vacanza Minerva has been recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with an air conditioning system useful for the hottest days of summer. A maximum of two cars can be parked in the garden closed by an electric gate. On the lower floor of the villa there is a loft furnished and occupied by another family who also uses the parking area for only one car. They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or movable mosquito nets. Guest access Minerva Holiday House is rented as a whole, as shown in the photos. The check-in time at the house is fixed from 3 to 8 pm but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival it is possible to enter immediately. We ask for an extra €30.00 for late check-ins from 8.00pm onwards. Check-out is expected by 10:00 and does not include any service on that day Our house is very well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the people nearby and not to smoke in the house. If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. At check-in, a credit or debit card is required on which a deposit of €200 is pre-authorized for any damages.
