The two air conditioners allow you to set the temperature to the desired comfort in the living room and/or bedroom. Linens and towels are 100% cotton always clean & soft to make you feel cozy and at home :) The patio is as relaxing as can be and makes for a Sublime outdoor experience, simply a place to relax, listen to the birds and read a book. Guest access Access to this neighborhood is Safe and Easy. Guest house is located behind the main house and is accessed via a paved ramp (no stairs). At night, motion detection lights turn on to help illuminate the way :) Other things to note If you're into healthy eating at home, outdoor BBQ and indoor full kitchen both connected to the gas line of the house are a chef's delight. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, utensils and has plenty of counterspace with coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. And there is a washer and a dryer in the unit as well.
