It has air condition which may not be needed because of the cool mountain and sea breeze. It is your Caribbean vacation home away from home. It is on the first floor. Guest access You have access to the entire first floor and the backyard. Other things to note Hot water in the entire house. Due to the high cost of electricity, we ask that you turn off the air conditioners when you go out or if the house is cooled by the fans. The house is naturally cooled by the mountain and sea breezes. We will send you check in instructions and directions before your arrive.
