Additional services not included: - We can provide you with a crib and high chair on request (notify 72 hours in advance and an extra €15 will be applied for the crib.) - Extra housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required. HOUSE RULES: - Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. with a welcome agent. If check-in is after 8:00 p.m., a supplement of €20 in cash will be requested at check-in, and this supplement will increase to €30 from 10:00 pm. - You will be asked for an additional €50 if you leave the apartment after the allowed time. - Strictly no smoking in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of €150 to €300 will be required. - If you need an extra key, a supplement of €20 will be requested. A security deposit will also be required to ensure the return of this second key. - In case of lost keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. - We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
