Cerritos Beach is the best spot to surf close to Todos Santos. The sunset is gorgeous. The sea breeze is your air conditioning. The unit is beautiful inside with a Mexican motif and is very relaxing. Walk/run along the clean sandy beach every morning. There is fishing also along the beach. The beach is beautiful and long for great walks. Beautiful sunset in front of the bungalow while you have your dinner. It is still relative undiscovered. Just installed AC for the summer months. The space This bungalow is privately owned by us at the Cerritos Surf Town resort and spa . It is better appointed than the units owned by the hotel. It is priced lower than the hotel.The two bedroom beach front bungalow is spacious and well equipped for your enjoyment. The unit is better kept and improved by us. We have our main house in Cabo and come here for the surfing beach. AC has been installed for summer enjoyment. The water is very pleasant for surfing in the summer. All the facilities at the resort including the pool. hot tubs are yours to enjoy. Service is contracted through the resort. Check in at the resort front desk. Extra cleaning can be contracted through the resort. Our kitchen is better provided than the resort units. It can be cold in the winter months on the Pacific Ocean so come with warm clothes. Guest access The bungalow is 2 stories. You have access to the pool, spa, restaurant, and all the facilities at the hotel, even though this is a private unit. We pay the HOA fee so that all the facilities are available to our guest. I contract with the hotel to provide you with the cleaning service. So if when you arrive the unit is not well clean please report this to the resort front office or to me. You should have a new roll of toilet paper left on the toiler bowl and some soap and shampoo and conditioner left by the resort, but this may only be adequate for a few days. Please make sure that these items are there when you come in. Otherwise ask for them. I suggest that you bring your own shampoo and hair conditioner if you are staying for more than 3 days. You can arrange for more cleaning directly with the resort and pay them directly. Daily cleaning is about $30 USD. You can also arranged for a change of towels and sheets with the cleaning but that would cost you an extra $18 per room set for two occupants. I would suggest that you take the laundry to El Pescadero where you can get laundry done for 100 pesos about $5USD for up to 5 kg per load all folded. Please arrange for your own midweek cleaning with the resort. Cost is $30 USD. Other things to note There is a hair dryer in each of the two bedrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided daily with the daily cleaning service. Please ask the maid for them if they forget to leave them daily. Bring your own special toiletries if you are not fond of the hotel stuff . There is no air conditioning. There are fans. The summer may be hot but there is the sea breeze. The winter is the high season. The kitchen is well provided with cutlery, pots and pan , please clean them so that the next guest will have clean dishes , cutlery and cookware . The hotel maid do not clean them and if you leave them dirty the next group will complain and then I would know who left them dirty. We decided not to install a TV as we like to get away from it. Most phone get good reception here . We have Sprint and the reception is very good. One more thing about the stove and the oven. The electric started works for the stove top but not reliably for the oven. We have left a long flick lighter for you to light the oven. Simply turn the lighter on and insert into the bottom of the oven where there is a hole to light the gas. Parking is free. Security is tight for your safety .
