This new vacation rental villa offers kayaks and paddleboards and is a short 2-minute walk or swim to the beautiful "oasis" of Sapodilla Bay Beach. The top floor king bedroom has a large soaking tub and shower stall, all with an ocean view -wake up to paradise! The fully furnished kitchen and living room also have an entire wall of sliding glass doors to ensure you take the views while cooking and relaxing! Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill included in the villa. Sapodilla Bay is right at your fingertips, and the villa comes with two sea kayaks and two paddleboards to enjoy the beautiful bay! Note: these amenities are shared with Miami Vice One's neighbor, Miami Vice Two. Notes: • Please note that infants (under 2 years old) are counted towards the total occupancy. While Airbnb does not charge for infants even if they exceed the standard occupancy, we will need to apply an additional charge of $594 if an infant causes the occupancy to exceed the standard limit. • A rental car is highly recommended as it is the best and most economical way of getting around. • A one-time $235 cleaning fee is added to the rental rates advertised herein. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week​ blocks on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel, and we will see if we can make it happen! • AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in, and you are given an allotment of $150 per week, which is generally sufficient for guests' stays.
