Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apt. With an open concept living/kitchen area and dining area that seats 6, you can enjoy time with family and/or friends while cooking and relaxing. We are located 8 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the mall. We invite you to enjoy the swimming pool out back (open from March to October). Our hope is that our place can be your home away from home and we welcome you and your family! *No Parties rule strictly enforced* The space You have the whole upstairs level of the house to yourself. There are two downstairs units in the basement that are occupied. The front yard is yours only, but the backyard and pool area are shared areas. You will have to walk around the house to access the pool. One of the downstairs units has a long term renter who ensures that the house rules are being followed. This listing has parking for 3 cars. Any more than 3 will need to park at the church across the street. Guest access You have access to the upstairs level of the house and front yard. The basement units are inaccessible and occupied by other guests. The pool and backyard are shared areas. Other things to note -The downstairs tenant has a large dog. He is friendly and well trained. We ask that you keep your dog to the front yard only so they do not cross paths. He would never hurt your dog, but we do not know how other dogs react so we have this rule for safety purposes. Please be sure to pick up all dog feces in the yard. -There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. -Children are not permitted to be left unattended anywhere outside the property including the pool. -The pool is only open from March to October. After October it is closed for the winter season.
