Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood; the apartment houses families, senior citizens and working professionals. The apartment is on the top floor; there is an elevator. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible (walker accessible, yes). Not recommended for families with small children; the apartment. isn’t childproof although it is partially equipped with a few baby gates and guards.
