Welcome to Luxe on Langford! We are super excited to have you come and relax with family and friends only 8 blocks from the beach. Awesome for porch cocktails and a stunning resort-like pool and spa in the back. The house has an open floor plan, huge kitchen, coffee bar and wine refrigerator. With 3 floors of living space & 3 and 1/2 baths there’s plenty of room to spread out. Come ready to chill, play, swim, cookout, soak up some sun and have an effortless Asbury Park vacay! The space Our home comes with Sonos systems for outside and surround sound in the living room. 5 Beach passes will be available for use with the agreement if they are lost you will have to pay for a replacement. 3 Beach bikes are available (Asbury Park Cyclery has additional bikes for rent if you need), we just ask that you lock them should you choose to get off for a few and visit any of the restaurants or fabulously fun stores on Cookman and/or the Boardwalk.
