Guest access Guests have access to the laundry room, kitchen, and breakfast nook which are shared spaces; the bedroom and bathroom is exclusively the guest’s. During your stay House is shared. I tend to keep to myself and work quite a bit. Other things to note 30 night minimum; limited to 1 guest; no smoking or vaping or any kind. No overnight guests.
