We have a completely private pool house located on the grounds of an 8.5 acre park-like estate. The pool house is the perfect place for a family, where you'll be in your own private space complete with a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, living room and of course the pool just outside of the large french sliding doors. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is a shared amenity. My family/guests and/or other AirBnb guests will have access as well. The space Guests who stay with us are here for the serenity and space that our property offers. This is the perfect escape from the city, wonderful space as a hotel alternative when traveling with family, and also great for guests looking for a longer term stay. The house is a 1 bedroom with QUEEN bed with an additional alcove bedroom with a daybed that converts to a KING size bed. We also have crib(s) available upon request. Guest access The entire pool house is private and for your use only. There is a shared pool adjacent to the pool house. Please note that the pool will not be available in the fall and winter. You will have a BBQ grill, patio, and access to roam the grounds - which is a beautiful 8.5 acre park-like estate. Other things to note There is 1 other AirBnb space on the property, so you may see another family. Also makes for an amazing option when booking with a larger group if you book both spaces. While we do permit dogs under certain circumstances, please note that we must charge an extra $50 cleaning fee. We don’t see a penny of this. Our cleaning lady who charges $75p/hour must perform a longer cleaning when there’s been a pet because subsequent guests could have allergies.
