The apartment has: private bathroom, hot water in the shower, air conditioning, a queen bed, a double sofa bed, multiple table with 2 chairs, free WiFi, 32”TV with cable, refrigerator, microwave, bread stirrer, coffee maker and other kitchen accessories. Please note that you have to climb stairs to get to the apartment, as it is on a second level. In the Common Areas there is free parking, a laundry pile, grocers and green area. In this apartment, both the access to the complex and the front door are used security codes, which will be delivered to you before your arrival. We strive to make your stay enjoyable. A few things to consider while visiting us on the Island: 1) Tap water is not potable. 2) We have provided that the water liquid is not missing in the faucet, but please remember to use it reasonably as we are on an island. 3) As a precaution, as long as it closes the door of both your room and the door to the main entrance. 4) Keep the Air Conditioning off when not in the room. Guest access There is a small trail in the garden area to enjoy nature. There you'll find the symbol of our name: Big volcanic rocks. Other things to note You can rent a golf car to get around the island smoothly. You can also sample native food at a variety of restaurants. Public beaches are also available at no cost. And of course, you have plans to go one day to Los Cayos de Utila which is located 20 minutes by boat from Utila, there are travel agencies to take you away.
