Located in the prestigious gated community of Residencial Conejos, this magnificent villa offers complete relaxation. Whether laying poolside in the private pool or sipping a cocktail, you will enjoy the wonderful breeze and weather. Daily housekeeping & laundry will allow you to truly enjoy your vacation. The space There are 4 bedrooms each with ensuite private bathrooms and showers. Each room has satellite TV, AC, abundant closet space, and luxurious beds. There is staff 24 hours a day. During the day the housekeeper is there to tend to your needs and in the evenings and night, Pedro, our caretaker lives on site in his private quarters. A cook can be hired for an extra fee. She sources local ingredients and does amazing Mexican dishes as well as seafood, international cuisine, and home made desserts. The prices are very reasonable daily spending if you need her for breakfast only, breakfast and lunch, or all 3 meals. Please inquire. She is paid directly by you so we will consult and coordinate. She is amazingly inexpensive for the quality and service. The housekeeper in addition to daily housekeeping will also do your laundry. The location is extremely safe and in a gated community with 24 hour security. Private beach about 100 yards down the street. Unfortunately due to Covid, they are currently no allowing external access. We can recommend a good person who does airport transfers. We can also help provide coordination for water sports, 4 wheeling, horse back riding, yacht charters and anything else you may need. Please just contact me and we can help you plan your stay.
