Stays for one month or more will receive discount. 6 minute drive from YMCA/ATB Centre. Suite has open concept Full Kitchen that flows into living room with Smart T.V. Sofa in living room pulls out for a double bed. Bedroom has full queen size bed, plus a four piece bath and private laundry in the suite. The space Guest suite is idea for 1-2 people, but can accommodate three. Owners live above the suite with their family. Quiet time policy is in place between 8pm and 8am daily to ensure quiet enjoyment of occupants. A small pet may be approved by the owners on a case by case basis. Please contact the owners in advance if you have a small pet. Approval is at the owner’s discretion and on terms set by the owners. Guest access Parking is available next to the home on a quiet street. Private guest entry is at the side of the home, through the east gate. Access will be provided by door code prior to check-in. Other things to note For liability reasons, the trampoline is not for guest use. The hot tub is used seasonally and subject to closure for routine maintenance. If you would like to use it during your stay, please let the owners know in advance of booking so that you can be notified of anticipated closures. We may request a copy of government issued photo ID and contact information for any guest that has been approved to stay at our suite as a condition of approval or at any time thereafter upon reasonable notice.
