The Los Almendros complex is small and quaint with only 13 units with a nice size shared pool. The space Inside the 2nd story condo is a large living area with a couch and chair with a 32" TV. The big dining area has a table for 6 and could easily accommodate a family or guests. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with anything you would need to make a great meal. Attached to the kitchen through a door is a full size laundry room with a stack-able washer/dryer and a guest bathroom. The master bedroom has massive closets for clothes/storage and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is great for kids or family/guests coming to visit and also has large closets. The balcony is a great size to have company over and relax that has a couch, 2 chairs, and BBQ. *Electricity is paid by consumption *24hr Security on site Guest access They will be able to access the entire condo.
