Our cabin is close to hiking ,biking, rafting , boat trips from Whittier (35 minute drive) or Seward (1.5 hour drive), gorgeous scenery, coffee shops and bakery, fine dining at several restaurants. Only 35 miles south of Anchorage is the Girdwood valley home to Alyeska Ski Resort. Our fully furnished private log home is nestled in the lush greenery of the rainforest, the quiet will relax your soul. Our cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. The space Our chalet is located in a treed quiet lot with peek through views of the mountains. The peacefulness of the surroundings are relaxing. The large deck with outside chairs and hot tub bring allow for everyone to have their own space. The great room has two different seating areas and coffee table for games. Guest access You will have the entire chalet at your disposal. We do not allow parties or events at our home. And we ask that there be no smoking of any kind on our property. Other things to note Our kitchen is fully equipped with spices, baking needs, coffee, tea, cocoa, and other essentials. If you have a special need, such as a crab boil pot, I will try to provide it. I have provided a bicycle for use. We do not have a dishwasher, guests must wash their own dishes before departure.
