Casa Margarita is a newly finished duplex conveniently located one-half block from dinghy beach and the malecon to the fishermen’s pier and Chacala Beach. There are two nicely appointed, similarly designed apartments with good natural lighting and air flow. The roof-top terraza has spectacular views of the bay and fruit orchards beyond and is furnished with lounge chairs, table and chair set. You will certainly be spending time on the terraza enjoying those Chacala sunsets. The space The upper apartment’s kitchen is very lovely with ample counter space, large window and equipped with all you need to prepare a great meal. There is a dining table and chair set and circular couch facing the balcony with distant views of the ocean. There are two bedrooms each with queen size bed, night stands, reading lamps, dresser and ceiling fans. There is a small balcony off of bedroom #2 that leads to the spiral staircase to the roof-top terraza. Guest access The roof top terraza is shared by both bungalows and the gated entrance has space for beach toys and an outdoor hose to rinse off the sand
