The space Villa Yum Kaax had been a long project for us to create a unique villa who could welcome 16 guests in a beautiful atmosphere born from the cultural crossing of Mexican colonial house and Maroccan Riad architecture. The villa is full-furnished : kitchen all-equipped, large table to enjoy long nights with a good dinner, a nice patio with a jacuzzi, a spacious rooftop with pool and an roofed open air chilling space , a small living room with sofas and television, an outdoor garden deck chilling space, 6 bedrooms (all have a king size bed with 3 rooms that can split their king size beds in 2 single beds. Also please note that one room is a family room of one king size bed and 2 extra individual beds). Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a bath to relax, shower and toilets. The villa offer a 2 separates quality sound system. One is for the lower floor comon area and the pther is dedicated to the roof top spaces. On the rooftop, you will enjoy the spectacular view on the jungleand you will swim in the large pool before to lay on the long chairs. One of our most suggested Villa Yum Kaax extra service is the gastronomical experience of our private chef and it s team. Guest access Villa Yum Kaax is accesable through a dirt road just a few blocks from the regular road of la "Veleta" neighbourhood. We suggest you rent a car or our private transportation service from the airport and around Tulum. An other option is to rent a bike or Scooter, which we can help you with, and use taxi or private transportation for specific transportation request. Other things to note Villa Yum Kaax offers you a full concierge, daily cleaning and day and night security guard. We provide also daily common area, outdoor and pools maintenance ( kitchen, patio, diber, salon, gardens, rooftop space,...), everyday rooms refresh, and every 2 days full cleaning. In case you are a venues planner or any kind of professional wanting to use the space, please note that we need to be informed ahead.
