With more than 8000 square feet under roof and a vast veranda that wraps around the whole building, you will never feel crowded. In addition to the five bedrooms, there is a library and games room, dining room, media room and lots of common space. Guest access You have entire run of the property, Beach, pool, etc Other things to note Note the nightly price is for up to four guests. A small additional charge is added for each guest over four. Also, note that prices do not include transportation, tips, or food and drinks. Our staff will cook all meals for you, but you pay for the groceries. They get fresh local fish, lobster, chicken, fruits, and vegetables to cook exceptional Jamaican dishes. We suggest guests tip the staff 15-20% of the rental amount.
