The space The Garden Suite. This ‘2-room suite’ sleeps up to five people. It has a private bath with a shower. Room 3 has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed for three guests. Room 4 has 1 queen bed and sleeps two. This suite is spacious with old wide pinewood plank floors and area rugs. Several very comfortable seating areas and a separate media room with a 60″ smart TV with all streaming apps, 5.1 Dolby surround sound, blu ray player with several movies plus premium cable channels. You can crank up the volume in this room. There’s also a realistic LED fireplace for warmth and ambiance for cooler nights. Views include garden, the woods, and a mountain with sunset. Available breakfast is served at your private table in the old farmhouse dining room. Guest access The common space includes the piano parlor with an honor bar (wine, soda, liquor), coffee station, restrooms, board games and a wood burning fireplace. Outside seating areas include the enclosed screen porch & deck that overlooks the foot hills of the White Mountains towards Kezar lake (perfect place to take in a sunset and listen to the loons at night). You'll also find ample lawn furniture (tables, chairs and benches) and several old garden fountains amidst seasonal flower gardens for your pleasure.
