The space This beautiful villa has countless of amenities for you to enjoy your time in the area. The villa comes fully equipped with a full staff as well as many other amenities to make a great vacation, wedding or corporate retreat. It is ideal for large events and parties for a long weekend or a more extended stay to soak in everything the area has to offer. Relax in the comfort of this beautiful setting while you are pampered by the staff that manages the villa (including chefs, maids, driver and more). Included in your nightly rate, the villa includes a chef and maids for a group of up to 5 guests. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: ------------------------------ You may request these services in advance for an added fee: - For groups 6 or larger the following fees will be imposed per night to cover our large group size policy: 6-16: $150 per night 16+ : $700 per night - Horseback riding up to 5 horses $300 a day. - Paintball (you will be charged for the cost of the paint - $150 a box) In addition to the above, our staff can organize for a masseuse to come to the villa and you will pay them directly. Massages typically range between $80-$150 for 60 minutes. EVENTS & WEDDINGS: ----------------------------- Our Villa, is a great location for both corporate events and weddings for up to 70 people. We can work with your event planner to coordinate for your catering needs. You may rent our villa for your event at a cost of $2500 per event. The fee does not include a nightly stay which would be added in the event you would want to stay the night. The fee covers, setup and teardown as well as the usage of the facilities for the duration of the event. Other things to note * Some of the amenities are available for an extra fee upon request.
