We have been renting this villa on VRBO since 2005. A quiet 750sqft 2 bedroom villa tucked in amongst a community of 20 villas with owners and from around the world. We also have an outdoor kitchen area and BBQ for your meals. The complex is gated and we have a full time security/gardner on site who has worked there for 15 years. Guest pay 50% through Air BnB and balance in cash to property manager upon check in. Nightly rate $50 for weekdays and $90 for Friday - Sat from Sept 1 24-Dec 1 2024 The space Most suitable for a couple and perhaps 1-2 kids . There are 2 similar sized bedrooms , each with queen sized beds and separate A/C units and fans. There is a full kitchen and living area with sofa and TV. There are lots of skyscrapers on the beaches in the area , but this is one of the only complexes of bungalows with your own front door and back deck with views of the ocean. We have a keyless entry that you can choose your own code on check in with our property manager to access the home , so no need to worry about losing keys. Guest access You have access to your own private villa, and the common pool that overlooks the ocean , there is also a kids side that is only 1.5ft deep. You have your own BBQ and dining space in the secluded back yard. You also have your own washer and dryer ( or clothesline) Other things to note Once booked we will email you a personal diary of sights to see , tours to take , favorite day trips , restaurants , tip on renting a car, where to stay when you go to the city , how to take the local bus, the tips are 15+ years of knowledge
