Exquisite colonial villa noted for its beauty and privacy, located within a gated compound. Only a 15-minute walk or less brings you to the centre of Antigua making it the perfect location to explore the city! The furniture is handcrafted in Guatemala and the artwork was made by Guatemalan and Latin American artists. Two fountains and extensive gardens specialising in orchids surround the pool and casita giving guests the perfect setting to come back and relax at. The space The main house has two queen size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, a TV/living room, a reading room, an 11 seat dining room, 8 seat breakfast room, full kitchen, and a large covered patio area to sit back and enjoy the garden. In the back, there is a large hand tiled swimming pool and jacuzzi with the casita in the back. The casita has two queen beds, a kitchenette and living room along with a full bathroom. There are two private parking spaces in the front. Guest access The whole property is accessible and open to use other than the staff quarters, master bedroom. Other things to note Pets, parties, and outside staff are not allowed on the premises. We also have an additional contract/agreement that must be signed a week before arrival covering damages and house rules. Names and ages of the guests will be required for the gate security. Must arrive and depart during daylight hours. Otherwise a $150 fee will be added.
