The main floor consists of three bedrooms, two baths plus one half bath, a living room (with smart TV), open library, kitchen, and laundry room. Off of the main floor is a two story deck as well as a screened in porch. Walk downstairs from the kitchen to the bottom floor, which contains an “extra” bedroom/treadmill room with an attached full bathroom (that would be great for an air mattress) as well as a playroom/sitting room.
