The building is French Style from Buenos Aires golden years. The area is centric, walking distance to the Theater district, Barrio Norte, Recoleta, San Telmo and Avenida de Mayo. Full of restaurants, bars and main subways. It counts with a large living room / dinning room, full kitchen, bathroom and a lovely hallway that connect to the large bedroom. Cable, music stereo, wifi and air conditioner. Great lighting and quiet.
