We do not receive office groups or friends to celebrate parties of any kind. The house is a family home. Guests can use the rooms and social areas of the house, to share, but the celebrations or parties themselves are not allowed, with their characteristics of music and alcohol consumption, especially in young people, since the house does not lend itself to it and these types of celebrations are better to do in Antigua. Alcohol consumption is allowed but only by adults, socially and as long as the order, good manners and customs are not altered, as well as respect to people and the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and rooms, only in the outdoor areas of the house. Guest access Guests can use the rooms and all social areas of the house, including corridors and pergola. My wife and I use our private area in the house and do not interfere with guests to make them feel calm and comfortable. We eventually make a presence in the kitchen to collect food. During your stay My wife and I live in the house and occupy our private and private area. We welcome guests under Airbnb's "sharing our home" concept, and not under hotel concepts, we don't have hotel services.
